DISC Trained in Disc (Thomas International) analysis for more than 10 years, we can offer you this tool to help you describe your behavior in a work situation, your strengths and limits, your communication style, your motivations, and your behavior under pressure. It is a tool widely used in companies, dedicated to both the individuals in a recruitment context, to better manage them and design a development and training plan for them, as well as group and team dynamics.
We also master the following tools: HPTI (High Potential Trait Indicator), TEIQue (Assessment of Emotional Intelligence), TIG (Assessment of intellectual abilities).
Graduated from the French Society of Morphopsychology, we use this tool to have more clues to understand the other and especially their potential, their natural abilities. It is not a magic tool, nor a tool to see in the Other what they do not want to say. It is an analysis of the face that allows us to make assumptions about psychological functioning. It simply helps to suggest leads. Examples: identify the areas where you are most comfortable, the ease of going into details, in depth, the ability to resist physically or by force of will, your desire to reach out to others, your passionate character, etc. A great help for career or school guidance, understanding your limits and facility, what you can bring to a group, how to make the most of your potential.
